We worked with a local school's Year 13 PE Cohorts...

What a brilliant group of sessions! We worked on strategies and stress techniques to use within sport, and general life, as well as discussing in depth te importance of looking after our mental health. We used practical and engaging group work, and it was really well recieved by the college pupils! Thank you for having us.

Our first business link has been made and we are looking forward to developing a strong and trusting relationship!

A local business in St Helens contacted us to ask whether we could link together to offer therapy and guidance session to their staff when they felt that they needed it, funded by the company themselves. We think it is fantastic that directors and managers are thinking about the wellbeing of their staff, not just as a tick box, but as a genuine here for you approach. We look forward to supporting the employees if they need us.
